What will bloom in Post-Pandemic Times?

Post Pandemic — Way of Life

What will we create?

Birthdays and anniversaries are great times to reflect. So here we are approaching the 1 year Pandemic declaration on March 11, 2020.

Oh. My. God.

Where did this year go? What are the long term effects from the pandemic on the planet? What will our collective way of life and living be like now?

First and foremost, we can never forget the beautiful lives that have been taken from us all. Over 2.5 million people from around the world have died and over 500,000 lives were lost in the USA alone.

In order to move forward, we must not only assess the damage, we can and we must visualize a path forward. A way of life.

What will our new way of life look like?

Will we see the past as an opportunity to find a way through the storm we have endured?

Will we look for the signs of Spring that are now emerging from our winter/ year of despair and death?

Will we live our lives in a way that will honor those moms, dads, brothers, sisters and all who have left us?

How can we honor these lost souls and our collective journey this past year?

Can we vow to wake up every morning and to see the opportunity to create?

Can we help and not hurt all we encounter on our path towards our own destiny?

We must realize and admit to ourselves that deep down we are all suffering from loss and are simply stressed out.

Can we all take a collective breath and vow to make this next year better and fill it with hope and with goodness. Can we focus on mental wellness?

Can we create — music, stories, paintings, poems, cakes, muffins, smoothies and . . . fill in the blank — whatever will light you up?

This past Friday I created:

Team Love USA Podcast

A simple podcast. I also commit to doing a Friday weekly 2 minute creation/check in over the course of the next year.

What will you create?

Hope. Grace. Grit. Gratitude. Growth.

These are some seeds planted in the proverbial post-pandemic garden.

I can’t wait to see what grows from the seeds planted this past year.

Here’s to 2021 and getting “it” done.
