It’s been hard to get to sleep.

It’s been hard to turn off the news.

It’s been hard to witness a 6 year old die before our eyes and a Doctor asking all to show Putin the video. ‘Show this to Putin’ pleads doctor as six-year-old child dies after shelling in Mariupol | ITV News

It’s hard for anyone with a heart to make sense of the war being waged now in Ukraine, but here we are. It’s time for collective humanity to to do the hard work to really understand how and why we are here today.

The Presidents of Ukraine and Russia appear to have very different leadership styles.

In 2019, during his inaugural address in 2019, Ukraine’s President Zelensky told lawmakers: “I do not want my picture in your offices: the President is not an icon, an idol or a portrait. Hang your kids’ photos instead, and look at them each time you are making a decision.”
